Madhab is technical adviser with the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. He comes with a broad exposure on risk reduction and resilience building for climate-related disasters. Madhab provides technical support in the design and development of impact-based forecasting and forecast-based financing mechanisms in Asia and facilitates the use of climate and weather information for risk reduction and adaptation in the region.
