Barbara is a psychologist, university professor, consultant and global trainer. Her areas of expertise include conflict resolution, power and status, gender dynamics, intercultural relations, leadership, dialogue processes, resilience and transition and change. She brings compassion, humour, mindfulness, flexibility and insight to her training work. She is President of the Applied Improvisation Network and aims to save the world, one improvisational moment at a time.

Belina is the director of Maffick Ltd, Applied Improvisation and Thrivability thought-leader, Thrivable World Quest co-founder and “global captain”.Belina helps people and organisations making the world better to: collaborate productively, align organisations with nature, and communicate in highly effective, engaging, and funny ways about environmental and social issues. It is Belina’s passion to spread the improvisation mindsets, practices and skills – for a better world.

Bettina is a senior learning specialist with the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. She is passionate about experiential learning and creating innovative forms of effective dialogue. She has been designing and facilitating a range of large and small virtual and face to face dialogues and is driven by her passion for people and learning co-production processes.

Eddie is an urban resilience advisor with the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. He supports urban programming and resilience initiatives in Africa. These include facilitating participatory games, dialogue and training sessions aimed at addressing climate risks for cities. Eddie brings a light touch to these processes and is skilled at ensuring every voice is heard.

Jeanne Lambin is the co-creator of the Quest: Improv for Transformation, one of the founding members of Improv for Humanity, and the Vice President of the Applied Improvisation Network. She is passionate about connecting people to things that they care about and give them the tools that they need to take meaningful action and inspire change. Improvisation is one of those tools.

Margot is a programme manager at the Climate Centre. She leads work on innovative engagement and youth.  She is an expert in designing and facilitating learning processes and has over ten years’ experience working for the Red Cross Red Crescent.

Paul is an inspirational consultant, designer, facilitator and coach. As a journalist, a senior producer with BBC Radio and as the founder of the More Fool Us improvisation comedy team, he has prompted a lot of laughter, on-stage and off, mostly intentionally. He is a leader in the application of improvisation around the world and has written some books about this and other matters.

Sukaina is an interdisciplinary senior researcher with the Stockholm Environment Institute. She has a background in both social anthropology and computer science, providing her with a unique range of qualitative and quantitative skills to further climate change adaptation research. S heenjoys exploring innovative methods to connect communities working on climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction and contributing to the field of climate science.

Kat is a trainer and actor. She holds a B.F.A. in Drama from New York University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and continually seeks to combine the wisdom and strengths of both disciplines to create programs that are both practical and transformative. Her areas of special interest include executive coaching, creativity and innovation facilitation, teamwork and conflict resolution.

Kirsten is an actress and lecturer in drama, improvisation, vocal interpretation and musical. In addition, she works as an acting coach and as a trainer for managers and employees.She played in the German Sesame Street from 1989 until 1998. She has also co-founded the improvisational theater group "hidden shakespeare". On TV, she had guest roles in various German TV productions.
