Hassan Ahmadul

Hassan is a technical adviser with the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. He is a widely published expert in the fields of water-resource planning, early warning, disaster management, climate change, vulnerability assessment, and resource modelling. Hassan provides technical guidance in the development of impact-based forecasting models for forecast-based financing mechanisms.
